Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. To respect the time reserved for each client, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.
Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of the appointment will be subject to a fee of 30% of the scheduled service(s).
I completely understand that unexpected situations can happen. This policy simply helps protect the time set aside for each appointment and allows me the opportunity to offer that time to another client who may be waiting.
